1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") govern the relationship between bajii (hereinafter referred to as "bajii", "the Company", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual (hereinafter referred to as "User", "Player", "you", or "your") who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the bajii online gaming platform accessible at bajii.ws and any associated subdomains, mobile applications, or digital interfaces operated by bajii.

bajii is an online gaming platform offering cricket betting, live casino games, slot titles, and regional game formats including Teen Patti and Caishen Wins, primarily targeted at adult players in Pakistan. bajii operates under an internationally recognised gaming licence and is committed to fair play, responsible gaming, and transparent operations.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with the bajii Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this Agreement.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account with bajii, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. bajii strictly prohibits access and use by minors. Age verification may be requested at any point during your account lifecycle.
• You are a natural person of sound mind and legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person, organisation, or entity without explicit written authorisation from bajii.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee, contractor, or director of bajii or any of its affiliated companies.
• You have not previously been excluded, banned, or self-excluded from bajii or had an account closed for misconduct.

bajii reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility — including but not limited to a government-issued national identity card (CNIC), passport, or driving licence — at any time and without prior notice. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To use bajii's services, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, complete, and current at all times.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may maintain only one (1) bajii account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances and pending withdrawals.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bajii login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. bajii will never request your password via email, live chat, telephone, or any other communication channel. You agree to notify bajii immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. bajii will not be held liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

bajii operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to complete identity verification — including submission of proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method — before withdrawals are processed or at any other time at bajii's discretion. Accounts that fail KYC verification may have withdrawals suspended pending satisfactory documentation.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bajii currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Internet Banking, Meezan Bank Internet Banking, Visa, and Mastercard. All account balances are maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). bajii does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in cryptocurrencies unless explicitly announced.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per calendar day. These limits vary by payment method and account tier. Current limits are displayed within the bajii cashier section of your account. bajii reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification, KYC compliance, and confirmation that all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. bajii will process approved withdrawal requests within a commercially reasonable timeframe, typically within 24 to 72 hours of approval. bajii reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending additional verification checks without incurring liability.

4.4 Source of Funds

You warrant that all funds deposited into your bajii account are from lawful sources and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity. bajii reserves the right to conduct source-of-funds checks and to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory evidence of lawful funds. bajii is obligated to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

4.5 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login or transaction activity has occurred for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. bajii reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant account balances, as disclosed in the current fee schedule available in the account settings section. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and any other incentive offered by bajii are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games or markets are specified in the individual promotion's terms. Wagering contributions from different game categories — including slots, live casino, sports betting, and table games — may differ and are disclosed per promotion.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

bajii reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or winnings derived from a bonus if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim a welcome offer more than once; exploiting promotional mechanics in a manner inconsistent with good-faith gaming; using low-risk or hedging strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements; or placing bets that conflict with a promotion's eligible market restrictions.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

bajii reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time. Where practicable, bajii will provide reasonable advance notice of such changes. Continued participation in a promotion following notice of modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

6. Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and wagering activity on the bajii platform, including cricket betting, sports markets, live in-play betting, casino games, and virtual sports:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the bajii system. bajii does not accept requests to void or amend confirmed bets except where an obvious pricing error has occurred, as determined at bajii's sole discretion.
• bajii reserves the right to void, suspend, or delay the settlement of markets where there is evidence of irregular betting patterns, potential match-fixing, or circumstances beyond bajii's reasonable control.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event. bajii is not liable for the inability to place in-play bets due to technical issues, network disruptions, or market suspension.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per event, as displayed in the betting interface. These limits may vary by sport, market, event, and account tier.
• bajii applies the pari-mutuel or fixed-odds model as disclosed per market. The applicable model is indicated within the relevant market's interface.
• All bet settlements are based on official results from the relevant governing body — for example, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for domestic matches or the International Cricket Council (ICC) for international fixtures.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions and behaviours are expressly prohibited on the bajii platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all account balances and pending withdrawals, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account per person (multi-accounting).
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the bajii platform without express written consent.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or profiting from match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports manipulation.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live casino, or any other game format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain advantage. Any winnings derived from a known or apparent error must be reported to support immediately.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using bajii for any purpose connected to illegal financial activity.
• Accessing or using the bajii platform from a jurisdiction where such access is expressly prohibited by local law.
• Attempting to circumvent bajii's geolocation, identity verification, or responsible gaming tools through the use of VPNs, proxy servers, or similar technologies.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the bajii platform — including but not limited to the bajii brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, audio-visual elements, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of bajii or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bajii platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit any part of the bajii platform or its content without the prior written consent of bajii.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

bajii collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the bajii Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account with bajii, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

bajii employs industry-standard security measures — including SSL/TLS encryption, firewalls, and access controls — to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and bajii cannot warrant the absolute security of data transmitted to or from the platform.

10. Responsible Gaming

bajii is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and controlled gaming behaviour among its users. bajii provides a suite of responsible gaming tools, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options, accessible from within your account settings at any time.

bajii's total aggregate liability to you for any direct damages arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of funds held in your bajii account at the time the relevant claim arises.

bajii shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms to the extent that such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond bajii's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, governmental restrictions, internet outages, or third-party service provider failures.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

bajii reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice if bajii has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• You have engaged in any fraudulent, abusive, or criminal conduct in connection with the bajii platform.
• Continued operation of your account poses a risk to other users, bajii, or the integrity of the platform.
• bajii is required to do so by law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any bonus funds and winnings derived from breaches of these Terms) may be refunded to your verified payment method, subject to bajii's withdrawal verification procedures. bajii is not obligated to provide reasons for account closure in circumstances involving suspected fraud or criminal activity.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which bajii holds its gaming licence. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or their breach, termination, or validity, shall first be referred to bajii's customer support team for informal resolution. If the matter is not resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant licensing authority.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

14. Amendments to These Terms

bajii reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, bajii will provide at least fourteen (14) days' advance notice via email to your registered address and/or a prominent notice on the bajii platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the bajii platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.
